  • Purchase flavor enhancers to add to your bottled water. These are especially useful if you don’t like or get bored when drinking plain water.
  • Carry a food bar with you. Even with the best planning, you will run into an occasional snag. A meeting will go too long or you get caught in heavy traffic. At that point, when you’re hungry enough to eat the actual table, a pre-planned snack will save your life and you do not have to settle for just anything.
